Terms and Conditions for Use of the World Standard Organization Logo These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the World Standard Organization (hereinafter referred to as “WSO”) logo (the “Logo”) by authorized users. By using the Logo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Ownership: The Logo is the exclusive property of WSO and is protected by applicable trademark laws. All rights to the Logo, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, and goodwill, remain solely with WSO. 2. Authorized Use: The Logo may only be used by:

• Organizations that have received explicit written permission from WSO. This typically includes organizations that have achieved certification or accreditation from WSO, or have a formal partnership agreement.
• Individuals authorized by WSO to use the Logo for specific purposes.

3. Permitted Use: Permitted uses of the Logo include:

• Displaying the Logo on certificates, reports, or other documents related to the certification, accreditation, or partnership granted by WSO.
• Using the Logo on marketing materials (e.g., brochures, websites) to indicate certification, accreditation, or partnership with WSO, subject to prior written approval from WSO.
• Displaying the Logo at events or conferences related to the certification, accreditation, or partnership.

4. Prohibited Use: The Logo may not be used:

• In any manner that could mislead the public or create the impression of an endorsement or affiliation with WSO that does not exist.
• In connection with any product or service that is not certified, accredited, or otherwise approved by WSO.
• In any way that disparages or negatively reflects on WSO, its mission, or its standards.
• As a decorative element or design feature unrelated to the permitted uses outlined above.
• In any manner that infringes on WSO’s intellectual property rights. To imply that WSO endorses any political views, religious beliefs, or ideological positions.

5. Logo Integrity: The Logo must be reproduced accurately and in its entirety. The following alterations are strictly prohibited:

• Changing the colors, proportions, or design of the Logo.
• Adding or removing any elements from the Logo.
• Using the Logo in a distorted or unclear manner.

6. Revocation of Use: WSO reserves the right to revoke permission to use the Logo at any time, with or without cause. Upon notification of revocation, the authorized user must immediately cease all use of the Logo.

7. Disclaimer: WSO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the use of the Logo. WSO shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the Logo.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction where logo has been used.
